Active components used for automatic control of devices
Four way ball valve is a pipeline control component used to switch the flow direction of media. The product models include Q46F, Q946F, etc. The nominal diameter covers DN6-900, the nominal pressure reaches PN32.0MPa, the applicable temperature range is -196 ℃~540 ℃, and the execution standards involve GB/T12237, API608, etc. The valve body is made of WCB, 304, 316 and other materials, and the connection methods include flange, butt welding, thread, etc. It is suitable for water, steam, oil and corrosive media, mainly used in the fields of petroleum and petrochemical, power station systems, chemical production, etc.
The valve switches flow direction by rotating the sphere 90 degrees. The X-shaped vertical channel design ensures that all four channels are evenly distributed around the sphere, and adjacent channels are connected to each other after rotation. The structure is divided into floating ball type (below DN150) and fixed ball type (above DN200), with PTFE or PPL valve seat material, equipped with anti-static device and emergency sealing function of grease injection valve. The driving mode supports automatic control such as manual, pneumatic, and electric. In the power station system, it can replace four traditional valves to complete bidirectional water supply switching. When supplying water in the forward direction, channels 1 and 4 are opened, and when supplying water in the reverse direction, channels 2 and 3 are opened. Some models adopt a top mounted fixed ball valve core structure, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, good sealing, and long service life.
working principle
advantage
1. The manual part can use steel plate pressed handles or stainless steel cast handles. The handle is equipped with a limit structure, which sets limits at the open and closed positions of the valve. When the valve is used on a critical device, the limit block is equipped with a locking hole to lock the switch position and avoid misoperation. There are obvious open and close markings on the handle.
2. The valve stem is forged and modulated with A182F (1Cr13) as a whole, with a hardness of HB220-250. The valve stem is connected to the handle through a flat key, spline, or square groove, which has strong versatility and is easy to disassemble and assemble. The valve stem is equipped with an anti blowout structure.
3. The packing of the valve is selected as braided, flexible graphite sealing ring or PTFE sealing ring, which enables the valve stem to achieve reliable sealing under certain lubrication conditions.
4. As needed, ball valves can be designed with anti-static structures, with conductive springs installed between the ball and valve stem, as well as between the valve stem and valve body, to prevent static electricity from igniting flammable substances and ensure system safety.
5. There are various forms of sealing pairs. According to different working conditions, structures such as soft seals, hard seals, and fire-resistant valve seats can be selected; Below DN150 is in the form of a floating ball, and below DN200 is in the form of a fixed ball.
6. An auxiliary sealing structure can be installed at the valve seat of the ball valve, and a grease injection valve can be added to the valve seat and stem for temporary sealing in emergency situations. The stem can also be extended as needed to be suitable for underground installation.
